Pilates Changed My Life

I have always wanted to be the model-skinny girl I seen on the TV. But as luck would have it, carrying around an extra 50+ pounds was more my style. I couldn’t shake the weight no matter how hard I tried. And believe me when I say that I tried everything. Once I discovered Manhattan Pilates, however, things began to take a turn for the better, and while I am still not at my target weight, I sure am much closer to being the girl that I always dreamed that I would be day. Pilates is hard and a challenge, but it is rewarding. Pilates is a challenge, and I won’t lie and say that it is not. I thought about quitting several times. But my personal trainer was awesome and he kept pushing me and encouraging me. It was so amazing, and certainly nothing that I had ever before experienced in my entire life.
