Getting fit on a low-budget

Tides have turned and getting fit doesn’t mean you have to have a bunch of expensive equipment or hire a $1,000 an hour trainer. Personal training has become more of the norm for people, and there is more recognition of the power of body weight exercises. That means you can get fit on a low budget but, if you don’t have a lot of money to spend, you need to really make it work for you. Make the money you spend work for you One of the funniest reasons given for not hiring a personal trainer is the expense, but then the person says that they went and joined a gym instead. Gym fees can often outstrip the cost of a personal trainer when you weigh it against the results you can get. Better to work with someone who is going to focus on you using only bodyweight exercises and nutrition then to pay for a membership to a gym with everything that you don’t know how to use, and most likely won’t go to anyway. Trainers can be surprisingly affordable Having a personal trainer doesn’t have to be exp
